I'm not sure but I know we could come up with some things you can eat and maybe that should be a section to work on for recipes. Most of mine as you know are full of sugars, real dairy, farm fresh eggs, but I think any recipe can be changed to suit one's tastes and needs. Sorry you've been sick you and the husband but wonderful the pounds lost. You two are very determined! I am so very restr...Great, like one stop shopping! I am so very restricted in what I can eat that desserts would be a great thing, or snacks that I can leave the nuts out. If you have any suggestions, let me know. I've dropped 40 lbs since October! That's a good thing but eating only scrambled eggs, turkey/chicken, carrots beans and potatoes is getting somewhat dull! My husband went almost paleo to get his cholesterol down without meds, at least trying. He's dropped about 35 lbs between diet and exercise in the last 2 1/2 months! He is looking for things without carbohydrates (that would Kill me!!).
